Satisfied with myself. 

You know today, i've got the worst stretch of muscles on my thighs and my left back leg muscle.
So i was running, trying to keep up with my other competitor. All of the sudden, my whole leg muscles went loose and was like a rubberband. It went loose and then tighten back. Hah, i tell you it hurts.
But it was only for that 10 minutes.

If someone was like near me or a camera near me, i look like a jelly for 3 seconds then picking up again. Pain like shittoz. I can't show it obviously, how am i gonna dance for SYF like tmr?!
But that was the best wake up in running faster.
